Alignment Spectrum

Introduction / Four pillars / Six dimensions

Inside the course

The complete frame, without pretending the frame is the work.

The lessons provide language for the system. The final placement turns the language into a current picture.

Four life domains

Consciousness, health, wealth, and self-love create the broad frame.

Six operating patterns

Mindset, value, communication, wounding, power, and outcomes reveal how movement happens inside the frame.

One honest starting point

The closing lesson brings all ten bars together without requiring a perfect or permanent answer.

The course contract

A reflection tool, held in proportion.

A map can reveal a pattern. It cannot diagnose a condition or make a medical decision.

Educational, not clinical

The course shares a lived framework for reflection. Questions about symptoms, diagnosis, medication, or treatment belong with qualified medical and mental health professionals.

The course can stand alone. No membership, coaching package, or purchase is required for the framework to be useful.

After the introduction

The rest of the library remains optional.
