Notice what is already true.
A snapshot begins with evidence: energy, choices, relationships, work, and the stories that have been repeating.
Ten bars. Four pillars. Six dimensions. One place where attention may matter most.
The Alignment Spectrum is a reflective framework built from Spencer's lived experience. It is not a diagnostic instrument or a measure of personal worth.
A snapshot begins with evidence: energy, choices, relationships, work, and the stories that have been repeating.
Every bar is a continuum. A position can change by day or season. Honest placement matters more than an impressive result.
The 80/20 question is simple: which one area may be creating the most drag across the rest of the system?
The Ouchie Protocol turns the observation into a small action. The journal keeps a record that memory alone cannot.
The positions below are an illustrative moment, not a recommendation or a clinical score.
The pillar labels come from the course outline. Each is considered as a moving spectrum rather than a fixed identity.
Presence, meaning, belief, and the relationship between awareness and the system carrying it.
The body as lived reality: energy, capacity, nervous-system range, care, and recovery.
Resources, work, value creation, security, and the stories carried around enough.
The internal relationship: dignity, repair, boundaries, belonging, and permission to be human.
The pillars describe where I am. The dimensions describe how I tend to move.
These six dimensions run through the four pillars.
Fixed to growth. The amount of possibility available inside the current story.
Consumption to creation. The movement from taking in toward making something useful.
Negative to positive. The tone and intention carried between inner experience and shared language.
Numbing to healing. The relationship with pain, safety, feeling, and repair.
External to internal. The location of agency, responsibility, and permission.
Attachment to detachment. The ability to act with care without demanding one specific result.
The diagram brings the four pillars and six dimensions together.
No score is a verdict. No result replaces care. The snapshot is simply a place from which the next useful material can be found.
